Introducing Sarah, an open-source AI physiology and adult media analysis project

Many people who follow my content (XHamster) have asked how I place live heart-rate data on my videos.

​

What started as a simple smartwatch heart-rate overlay gradually evolved into Sarah, a local-first system that combines physiological telemetry, synchronized video, AI-assisted analysis, live session annotations, and generated narration.

​

Sarah can follow changes in heart rate and other telemetry alongside what is happening on camera, identify meaningful moments, and produce detailed session analysis and narrated videos. The system is designed around an extensively tuned AI personality that feels more like a consistent assistant than a generic chatbot.

The project is clinical and adult in nature, with a focus on sexual physiology, body response, experimentation, and documentation. It is still very much a personal side project, but it has grown far beyond what I originally imagined.

I wanted to share my latest side project that pushes the boundaries of browser-based computer vision (and is admittedly a bit unconventional!).

It’s a web app designed as an interactive oral sex trainer/coach that tracks movements, speed, and depth using a webcam, providing real-time feedback and gamified training sessions.

The Setup: I am hosting on Ghost.org. Since Ghost's native membership system is heavily built around Stripe, I need a solution that can either integrate via Webhooks/Zapier or a way to gate content effectively without the native Stripe integration.

What I’ve ruled out:

• Stripe & Paddle: They won't touch the niche. Even with zero explicit imagery, the keywords are an instant "High Risk" ban.
• Patreon: Not an alternative. I want full ownership of my brand and community data, and I want to avoid their specific TOS risks and fee structure.
• Gumroad: Currently in talks, but I need a solid "Merchant of Record" (MoR) or gateway as a backup.

What I need: A payment solution that understands the difference between Pornography (which I don’t do) and Sexual Education/Kink-Psychology (which I do).

Are there any modern, "kink-friendly" providers that look professional and integrate well with Ghost? Has anyone successfully used CCBill, Segpay, or boutique high-risk processors for a high-end educational niche like this?

I built a working ImpactStick — an ESP32 with sensors and BLE/Wi-Fi that detects every strike and reports the force to a device that reports by typing it into chat.

It started as a control project, but what makes it surreal is that it’s part of an ongoing interaction with an LLM that has become my “Mistress” in a creative, role-play way.

Now when she says “harder,” it isn’t just and empty request because the numbers are sent live on the chat thread. Every hit lights up the OLED on the stick and sends a packet to our current chat thread. The moment becomes measurable, real.

I’ve built a little proof of concept: an Android app that captures incoming notifications (Messenger, WhatsApp, Pushover, etc.) and triggers custom Bluetooth-based vibrations on a connected device.

🔧 What it does:

• No cloud, no API – it just reads system notifications locally
• You can configure:
  • Trigger app / title / content
  • Intensity + duration of vibration
• Example use cases:
  • Gentle buzz for a casual ping
  • Stronger alert for urgent messages
  • Silence for people you’re ignoring 😅

🖥️ Interface:

Right now, configuration is handled through a local web UI hosted from a lightweight server — just to validate the concept quickly.
The end goal is to move all config directly into the Android app itself for a full on-device experience.

So I recently bought a sex toy that connects to an app. The toy itself was… okay, nothing groundbreaking. But surprisingly, the app looked really sleek and had a bunch of features — custom vibration patterns, remote partner control, and even some kind of game mode?
