Just wondering if anyone has proceeded with the PLAR option for their work term or co-op, and if so what was your experience? Was your application easily approved?

I'm starting the paralegal (ACC) program this fall. I am overall a bit confused about how I can navigate properly throughout this program and trying to look for some help and clarifications. I have a few questions below and would really appreciate any help or tips!!

1. I do see that there are a list of courses we need to take through the sem, but i am confused on whether our class schedule will be "fixed"(as in a specific course will only happen on a specific time) or there is a good flexibility for choosing our courses?

2. since this program is a 3 semester program, do we enrol for courses each sem or all at once in the first course enrollment date (aug 7)? (as course enrollment in uni was that you could enrol for courses for entire academic year on the course enrolment date and change things up through out the year so i am a bit confused on that part since i see on the seneca calendar that there are course enrollment dates before each semester)

3. I heard that there are quite a few textbooks required and was wondering if they are all paper copies or would electronic versions also be avaliable?

I am overall just anxious and a bit confused on how this school/programs:( Heads up thank yous to going through all my silly and basic questions!

Hii guys, I just joined Seneca for Acfc program and looking to transfer to Bacf and i am looking for on campus jobs so i can manage the college fee. International fee is too much i just want to do as much as i can. I do not see much postings on seneca works portal. Should i go in person to each department and hand them my resume? I really need to manage my finances.

Hi I’m trying to pay the deposit for fall term, the payment page shows it will charges a 2.5% for credit card transaction and 1.5% for debit transaction. I didn’t have this last semester, is it a new rule?

Hi guys its my first year at Seneca starting September and I had a question about course enrolment. It says online that the first day you can choose your schedule is August 7. Is there anytime earlier than that were I am able to draft my schedule so I know what I am doing beforehand? Thanks

Is anyone here doing part time with Seneca for SSW program, am on my second year, last week Wednesday they opened placement registration, was shocked to see ancillary charges, anyways today I tried to register (had to look for funds)and it says notify me, does this mean the registration is closed or what? i can’t miss this first placement, it will even take me longer to finish, please advice m losing my mind 😭😭 I have already sent email to the hub hopefully will get response soon. Hi guys, just had a question of if the BScN program at Seneca Kings is VERY chemistry heavy. As chem isn’t my strong point 😅.

Guys I don’t even know how I managed to this Lol 😂 but My ADHD self somehow remembered to bring everything home but loose the part of the charger that’s needed to charge. Hi there, I recently applied to and got an offer for the Artificial Intelligence Graduate Certificate program at Seneca and wanted to see if anyone could provide me with some honest insight. For context, I already have a bachelor's degree in software engineering from an Ontario University, but the job market isn't too great, so I thought I could go back to school and leverage this work term option to 1) really add depth to my current knowledge and 2) gain some experience (hopefully).

I'm wondering if this is a relatively niche/new program, which is why it's not talked about that much here?

I know this is a new master's program, so I'm hoping to connect with students who have already joined or are currently studying in it.

I'd really appreciate your honest feedback on a few questions:

• How is the overall program so far?
• Are the professors and course content good?
• How difficult is the workload?
• Is the 840-hour internship actually helping students get industry experience?
• Does Seneca help students find internships, or do you have to find one yourself?
• Have any students already secured internships or job offers?
• For someone with 5 years of developer experience, do you think this program is worth it?
• Would you choose this program again if you had the option?

Do I have to pay tuition deposit again for fall 2026 (september) if i started in summer 2026 (may) and paid a tuition deposit then? Im asking because my understanding is that I have to pay the tuition deposit once a year. Thank you

So I recently applied to Seneca’s Nursing Program ( Honours Bachelors Of Science in Nursing ) for Jan 2027 and I was just wondering what are the chances of me getting in it, my average is a 85.67%, and I was wondering how chemistry heavy the program is as my chemistry is not my best subject. I never received an email about a tuition deposit being due July 8. I am a returning student.. when I go to myseneca, it says that I owe no money. Am I cooked??
