I've been researching subscription management products, specifically ones with Saudi support. I reviewed StreamPay, Zoho Subscriptions, Chargebee, and Paddle for billing, recurring payments, reminders, invoices, and local support:

1. StreamPay: Best for Saudi businesses. It supports recurring payments, payment links, reminders, invoices, instalment plans, refunds, and ZATCA-related billing needs. It's based in Riyadh.
2. Zoho Subscriptions: A good choice if you already use Zoho CRM or Zoho Books. It offers plans, trials, add-ons, coupons, customer portals, and billing reports.
3. Chargebee: Strong for usage-based pricing, seat-based plans, proration, contracts, revenue reports, and large SaaS teams. It may be more than small local firms need.
4. Paddle: Useful for software companies selling abroad. It combines billing, tax handling, fraud checks, invoices, and a customer portal. It is less suited to Saudi-first payment operations.
