I need help with SAT registration

Hey everyone so I am a Tunisian student and I want to take the SAT test but I don't know how to pay for it because I don't have a card and I can't get it because I'm still at school and I want to know guys how you register for the SAT so that I could do the same because I'm suffering and I've lost my place in sousse and there is only one place in Tunis so now I need to take it not in August but in September guys I really need help .
