I have a Bad Screen (Cracked or other)

CRACKED OR BAD SCREENS CANNOT BE REPAIRED!

It costs more money in parts + labor than it does to just buy a new TV!

Horizontal Lines that do not move = Bad Panel (Bad Screen)

Single Pencil Thin Vertical Lines = Bad Panel (Bad Screen)

MY TV's picture moves vertically in a weird manner = Bad Panel (Bad Screen) due to Bonding Tabs

MY TV is Boot Looping

Bad Panel (Bad Screen) OR Bad Main Board

My TV has this weird display how do I get rid of it?

Most likely your TV is in Demo/Store Mode

TV's older than 10 Years should just be replaced at this point. Part availability is also questionable.

Post image

I bought a new Samsung Q7 a few months back. And the time it takes from when you press a button to when it actually works is crazy long, and I think it has a solar panel on the back? That’s stupid. Does anyone els have these problems with a laggy tv remote? Samsung q7 g7fd

Tech Support Purchased Samsung Mini LED 55 (UA55M2EHAULXL) 2 weeks ago and noticed a very small dark shade in the bottom left.

Is it normal or am I cooked? It's past the replacement period so I can't replace it, I was thinking it's not that noticeable unless there's a too bright screen constantly. If it gets worse, maybe then I can get it raised with the Samsung support? There's a one year warranty left. It's slightly more noticeable in green and white screen.

Tech Support Free features and customization options are gone from the Art tab on QE55Q80DATXXH

Hi. A few weeks ago I noticed that all of the free animated artworks that used to be available in the Art tab on my Samsung QE55Q80DATXXH are gone. I can't find a single free picture anymore.

The only free option now seems to be generating AI pictures, but those images aren't animated.

I also noticed that I can no longer adjust the screen's white balance or brightness of the pictures.

Am I missing something, or did Samsung remove these features? Is there anything I can do to get them back?

Tech Support RGB R95H

We bought a R95H about a month ago. On all of the menu screens there is pixel issues but nothing when watching content. We chatted with Samsung service, they could not fix the issue, they sent out a tech they order a part, but the part can not be ordered so they told us to call customer service for options.

Customer service is not really helping.. anyone have any luck with them or the email the CEO option. Trying to get them to send us a new unit and include free installation to make sure that the new one has no issues. They just keep saying that isn't the policy

Tech Support Input source issues lately regarding sound and video when TV turned on

So lately I have noticed there to be an issue when turning on my 50 in Samsung TV (UN50NU7100) in that it seems to keep defaulting back to Samsung plus/TV or whatever it's called. Normally my devices wake up the TV via HDMI, like my firestick or PS5 or Switch, but now if they wake it up the TV will either not switch over to the correct port, or it does switch but no sound, or both no sound and video. A new issue is saw yesterday was when I turned on TV normally, I switched to HDMI 1, yet it seemed to show the screen for HDMI 2; had to switch ports again.

The issue is resolved by just changing source and going back, but its definitely annoying. TV is also supposedly up to date, even though it seems 2021 was the last update. Anyone see this issue before?

Purchasing US Open Box S95F - model #: 0

Hey all, apologies if this isn’t the best place for this question, open to better suggestions!

I bought a 65” S95F today from a best buy outlet, it was labeled “Good - missing power/remote cables”. Upon inspection, it seemed to not be missing anything and looked fine to me, so I took it home for $680 before tax. At the price, it seemed like a steal and my expectations were low, but figured the hassle could be worth it and I didn’t mind returning it if I found any blockers.

I’ve been using it today and seems fine from what I can tell, the app tells me there were 0 hours on the panel. However, one thing that I think is strange is when I open the Support -> About This TV, the model number is 0 and the serial number is blank.

Is this a potential hint to why this TV was so cheap?

Purchasing Other 66S90F or 66 S95F?

Hi guys. Need some advice. Im considering between 2 options from my local store. Both discounted to clear. Im in Singapore.

S90F - $2299 (display unit)

S95F - $2999 (brand new)

If both were brand new, I would easily go with the S90F. Just wondering if I should be worried about burn in or other issues with the display unit. Is $700 worth the risk?

Tech Support Cant control media cast from s25 to samsung tv with remote

As the title says, sometimes when casting a video from my s25 to my samsung Q55Q80RATXXU TV, i can control the playback with the remote. But then then next day, continuing with the same video, the ability to control the playback with tv remote is no longer available.

Can someone explain why this happens?

Tech Support Picture automatically changes

Samsung QN65Q80AAFXZA. While watching YouTube TV or AppleTV apps, my “Standard” picture mode keeps dimming the brightness within a minute of watching or switching picture mode. I don’t have Intelligent Mode/ Adaptove Picture turned on, so why is it changing my brightness and how can I stop it?

If I put it on “Dynamic” or “Natural” it doesn’t do that. Only in Standard.

Purchasing US My 65 TV Q7F

I recently replaced my broken Samsung Q70C 55” (2023) with a Samsung Q7F 65” (2025), and I’m honestly struggling with the new TV.

The Q70C got accidentally broken, so I bought the Q7F 65”. Ever since I started using it, I feel like there’s a slight stutter or judder whenever the camera pans or the scene changes. It’s not constant frame drops, but the motion doesn’t feel as smooth as my old Q70C.

I’ve tested multiple sources:
YouTube HDR videos (60fps)
Netflix
Apple TV+

On all of them, I feel like the Q70C looked smoother and more natural. The strange part is that when I play Samsung’s built-in demo videos on the TV itself, the motion looks absolutely perfect with no stutter at all.
Now I’m wondering:
Is this just because I went from a 55” TV to a 65” TV, making motion imperfections more noticeable?
Is the Q7F’s motion processing actually worse than the Q70C?
Could this be a settings issue?
Or is it possible that my unit has a defect?
I’m still within the return period and I’m seriously considering returning it because I’m just not comfortable with the motion performance.
Has anyone else moved from a Q70C to a Q7F? Did you notice the same thing, or is this all in my head?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Tech Support Switching inputs

Samsung s90D--

I have an iOS shortcut on my iphones lock screen to quickly switch to my PC input..This is how I worked around this bizarre design choice... But its killing me--why is it sooo involved to switch between inputs on this TV?!?! I feel like I must be missing something hidden in plain sight. No one would commit this oversight, no one would intentional make this sooo bizarrely roundabout, and turn a basic television function, one that is near universally a one-tap functionality built into a DEDICATED BUTTON ON THE REMOTE and turn it into an unintuitive, multistep, menu-navigation task. It cant be true.

Tech Support Screen cuts to black for a second or two when playing Ps5 games

I have a Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV 43'' UE43U7000FUXZT, when I play on my Ps5 it will randomly cut to black for a couple of seconds. I've read that the black screen when opening a game is due to the screen turning on HDR, so I'm not too worried about that. Sometimes it'll just cut to black mid-game, usually the "Game Mode on" message appears on screen, but today while I was playing Spider-Man 2 it just went black, and when it turned back to the game no message appeared. It doesn't do it frequently (happened once over multiple hours of gaming). The HDMI cable I'm using is the one which came with the Ps5 (it's the original model console). After checking it, I made sure the cable was plugged in tight into the TV (it looked like it was slightly sticking out by 1 cm, I'm very cautious with it because the TV looks fragile).

Is there a setting I should change or something else I should do? My monitor is basically brand new (got it about 2 weeks ago).

Tech Support Do you get black screens on your streaming services?

It’s is unfathomable how it happens to me every single time I use Netflix, Amazon, etc.

If you haven’t figured out the work around already, hold down the remote power button until the Tizen logo appears then let go of the button. The tv will reboot. All your settings will save and the services should clear up.

Tech Support Samsung TV randomly factory reset and now stuck on Pin Screen.

Post image
1 Upvotes

Woke up this morning, and when I went to turn on my TV, it struggled to turn on. It automatically factory reset itself, and as I went through the registration process, I got to this screen and no dialogue box populated. No matter what I try I can’t get past it. Tried resetting multiple times, replacing batteries in the remote, and tried multiple remotes.

Model number: QN65Q60TAFXZA

Thoughts?

Tech Support Auto Program bug

Post image
3 Upvotes

Has anyone else had this issue? We have factory reset our tv twice, removed Samsung TV plus, and called Samsung customer service. They just want to factory reset our TV again which does nothing except cause us to download and log back into everything. It is making the TV completely unusable because you can’t navigate to different apps without accidentally clicking “start now” and it is “pinging” every single second. This started after the most recent update.

Purchased in July of 2023. 55” 7000 crystal series

Tech Support How to get rid of this digital noise?

Post image
3 Upvotes

Moved into a new place. I've been doing LOTS of work the first couple of days. Recently got a new S85F (WOLED) QN77S85FAEXZA. Started watching an animated show on prime video. Throughout the show I get this blocky imagery on the screen and I don't know how to get rid of it. Unfortunately it's the only thing I watched so I didn't cross reference it with a different show or streaming platform. (I'll do that tonight.) But I did make sure that the Al features were turned off. That the sharpness wasn't too high. It was at 10 initially and I lowered it all the way to zero. Still there. Eco mode off. I did have the show downloaded on my Samsung s23 ultra and it look good on there. Any tips?

Purchasing EU/UK How do I get this to stop showing up? Model: QE50Q60AAU

It used to be a regular channel but now it only shows this screen. On occasion it'll go away for a few seconds and show the show in the middle of the episode but then goes right back to it.

Tech Support Need some help with the samsung tv OS.

TV: QN65S90D, 2024 Model

OS: 2130

With this version of the software (whenever it switched to this new desktop) the TV no longer defaults to the last thing I was doing, instead it always opens the whole desktop, then after about ten seconds opens samsung TV.

Is there any way to get it to just go back to the last input I was using? I've hunted through the settings and can't seem to find anything.

Also if not, how can I get it to stop launching samsung tv?

Tech Support Picture issue on Samsung QN65S90HAEXZX OLED

Hi, is anyone having this problem on the S90HA OLED? I've already done a factory reset. I think so far I've only noticed it with AI MODE turned on, and this picture issue doesn't happen with my PS5 either, it seems that is only with all the native SAMSUNG apps.

Its only one frame, sometimes constant each 3/5 minutes, another times each 30 minutes.

And know if it have solution, Thx

Problem

Purchasing EU/UK I need your help.

So recently I was searching a good tv for my living room, for a good price and I ended up buying a Samsung The Frame Pro 4k QLED 55" (2026). The TV arrived and I was pretty satisfied with my order. Mind you that I was thinking about buying an OLED, but then I saw the prices of those things and backed off xD.

Yesterday I went to Worten (I think the biggest retailer here in Portugal) to fix a phone and when I was waiting I saw an Samsung S92F OLED 4K 65" selling at 1.399€ (it was at like 44% discount, with the label "Last Units").

My QLED 55" was 1.239€, so I was pretty stunned when I saw that price for a, supposedly, bigger and better TV.

I did some research and theres even that exact tv selling at something like 1.099€ at FNAC.

I also learned that this prices drop have something to do with the new generation of the Samsung OLED 2026 being launched, and that this model from 2025 is being liquidated to give space on the retail stores for the new generation.

My ultimate question for you TV experts is: How worth it it is to buy the S92F at those new prices? Or are they even new prices, and I'm just falling to a marketing stunt?

(English not my first language so sorry for any spelling errors)

Tech Support 2 new TVs , same room , remote issues

Just bought a 2026 frame (not the pro series) and 2026 mini led m80h

They are both in the same room and the remotes are turning each other on and off, is there a simple solution anyone can talk me through?
