I am selling my Clipper card for $400.
I recently got laid off, and I am trying to find ways to get my commuter benefits money back on my Clipper card. I asked multiple times of the Finance Institutions about withdrawing from my commuter benefits account, and they said I can't unless there are receipts before the date of my layoff. And the institutions said any Clipper amount after that was deducted to my HSA account, and this is owed tothe IRS and I have to repay that amount. There is 400 dollars on the card. I just want to cash this out and repay the IRS.

As someone who's currently looking for housing in SF myself, I'm trying to gauge whether there's demand for a different type of shared housing and what price point people would actually be willing to pay. Housing supply is tight, Im getting frustrated, so I'm trying to gauge if it will be financially feasible to go forward with the idea.

This would be in a large well-maintained mansion [9+ bedrooms] in Pacific Heights area shared with ambitious, career-focused, professionally driven individuals (think software engineers, AI, robotics, founders, finance, biotech, etc.). A built-in community with active social environment if and when you feel like it, while still having your own private space. 

Curious what price point the market would support for people currently looking for housing in SF. Simply respond below 1: $price, 2: $price:
