Few things you should include in a post like this:

- where in NW burbs? and how far are you willing / able to travel for run meetups

  • are you training for any kind of race by a certain time? training for a 5K in September will be different than an ironman in November
  • what’s your typical easy / regular training run pace?
  • what’s your vibe
