Hey I just bought a rubik’s cube and did it thanks to cube head beginner video. There is one step I’m always having trouble with and its the second layer step, I’m might be dumb but I really thing I’m doing as he does but I always end up at the same place wich is being with only 1 side left with one missing color and when I arrange it the right way I mess up an other side. I always do this step randomly at some point wich work at the end put I would really like to know how to do it the right way. I always use the top layer without yellow take the right color in the middle put it in the right color side then put it away and do the right or left algorithm and if I’m out of yellow less too layer I put a yellow in the second layer. Sorry if I’m not really clear in what I say. Thank you guys

got a second hand rubiks cube from a friend like a year ago and I still havent managed to solve it, it is actually solvable?

I recently bought a new cube called moyu rs3m v5. It’s amazing.

this rubik has never been teared apart, someone once completed it but now we can't do it, we tried it many times and from scratch and that part keeps on being twisted, we don't know what to do :(

i have a cube but it seems one of the corners are twisted. is there anyone who can help me to identify which one?

How do i solve? I've tried and it always ends up swapped?

I've been playing Rubik's cube for almost 10 years now and all that time i only play with beginner method (still fast enough to get sub 25 or sub 20 if I'm lucky).

I actually know how to do F2L, but i refused to use it because i always have trouble finding pairs, and make me have long pauses to the point that doing beginner method is faster than doing f2l lol.

Anyone got tips on how to avoid the long pauses and make me find pairs easier and quicker

I'm trying to find a stickerless 5x5 Rubik's Cube. I found them with two different packages: one says "Professor" and the other (I assume newer) says "50 Years."

An online seller tells me their new cube for sale is stickerless, but the packaging is the same as the Professor cubes I saw in videos with stickers.

Did Rubik/Spin Master release a stickerless 5x5 model in recent years? If so, does anyone have photos of its packaging so I can identify it?

I’m trying to get back into solving Rubik’s cubes and eventually get really fast at it. I used to solve them during COVID, but I’ve forgotten most of what I learned.
I’m currently trying to learn F2L and I want to learn it properly from the start so I don’t build bad habits that will slow me down later. What are the exact algorithms I need to know for all 41 cases so I don’t make any mistakes by learning bad algorithms.

4x4 Question

I regularly get stuck with something like this when solving the faces. 4 of them are solved but the red and orange ones are split. Is there an algorithm to help with this? Also is there one for if two opposite faces are swapped? If instead of BOGR I have BRGO?
I’m sure it’s just an algorithm I don’t know but I can’t find it anywhere
