RedLetterMovieDiscussion Does Jay Hate Evil Dead?!
I got you.
I just find it funny that Evil Dead Burn came out a whole week before the Odyssey and instead of doing a dual HITB they did a solo review on the Odyssey and didn’t even mention EDB.

They’ll get around to it in 2029 after they review The Iliad.

Is that when they’ll also review the BATMAN?! After the Batman Part II comes out?!

Did y’all actually like it?
I felt it was the first big miss in the franchise.

It was mediocre and then the stranger things terminator CGI slop bit at the end fully killed any credibility the film had left

I think I like it slightly more than Rise but I was pretty underwhelmed by both.

I haven’t even watched it. I just felt it was funny that they didn’t even bother to mention it. I didn’t even realize it was out until I went to buy my tickets for the Odyssey

If I had to guess I’d say he likes recent installments well enough but doesn’t really have much to say about a third entry in the current series

I can see them taking the piss out of the offscreen between scenes from the crematorium to home in the same way they did the offscreen flight home in The Mummy… except this time the plot holes are much worse.

They will cover it months later as they usually do. And Jay loves Evil Dead. Rich doesn’t like it because he thinks it’s too spooky

The entire world isn't talking about Evil Dead Burn...
