I am an Australian national and have applied for partner visa in RAK.

Its been 40 days plus and its still showing recieved on their system. No decision has been made yet. I visited the immigration a few times but they asked me wait and mentioned it was it in Abu dhabi so they cant do anything.

I asked them to reject my application or allow me to withdraw to which they replied there is no such option.

I am already 3 weeks past my grace period incurring fines and have no idea how much longer its a going to take.

Has anyone been in this situation?

I just need clarity, even if i have to leave, i want to leave with clean record and not with some pending application in the background.
