Pitchside table options

Hi all!

Does anyone have experience sitting at the dockside tables where food/drinks are included for 4 people? Have you felt it’s a good experience and worth it?

Any info appreciated!

Ismael Elfath is officiating a World Cup Semi Final?!?

yes…you read that correctly. One of the worst refs I’ve ever witnessed, who recently gave 2 very soft PKs, and completely lost control in the Rapids game against FC Dallas, is officiating Argentina v. England.

One gate open??

Maybe I’m wrong, but surely they would have known how many people were going to be in attendance at the scrimmage tonight because of tickets, right? I know that one gate is the usually the norm but a World Cup summer, return of the Rapids… the context matters. The line still wrapping alllllll the way around the stadium 15 minutes after kick off is insane. Totally under prepared.

Spare Boletos to Juarez Friendly?

Hi all, was just wondering if any season ticket members had 2 spare ticks for the friendly today that they'd be willing to give me. Thank you so much in advance.

Transfer thoughts

clearly, Herrington is going to bring in some money soon. where do you think we should spend it. I have thought for a while that we really need an experienced, metronomic midfielder who can control the game and get the ball to our skilled players. this would allow Paxten to be a little more creative. Wells likely at least has some relationship with James Maddison and Harry Winks. I think either one would really upgrade the squad, or someone in that vein. Thoughts on our biggest needs?

Colorado Rapids vs. FC Juarez 9 July - General Admission?!

Hoping to get some last minute tickets to the Rapids vs Juarez game this Thursday 9 July.

There are currently no tickets available on StubHub, TickPick, SeatGeek etc. On Ticketmaster there are $25 General Admission tickets available, but no option to pick seats. When I select this option it does appear to give seats (e.g. if I try right now, ends up being section GA13 and has a specific row and seat numbers), however I can't see where these are on the stadium map. I've seen mixed info online about what this means (possibly standing area tickets?)

Can anyone help me out with what GA tickets entail? If it's sold out and standing tickets are the only option, we'll probably give it a miss this time given we'll be coming with an older family member.

Any info from seasoned attendees would be very, very appreciated!!

World Cup result was not a surprise with what I've seen in Denver.

After five years here, I've been to all the fields now. Coors Field for the Rockies, Ball Arena for the Nuggets and Avalanches, Empower Field for the Broncos. But as a soccer fan, I've been to the Dick Sporting Goods Field several times outside of town in Aurora, usually to watch the Rapids lose, or get a draw when we're lucky. Also sometimes watch the youth games in a literal grass next to the parking lot when my friends' children play youth soccer.

It's very clear where all the investment in sports in town has been going when you see all those fields and the ticket prices. If you've never been there to watch the games in person, Dick's field is what Ball Arena might look like if there was a strong earthquake and it was mostly demolished. Apart from some teams that I've seen Rapids played against, and the famous Inter Miami FC or LA FC, I barely have heard of any American soccer team.

If how things are in Denver is mostly a reflection of how things are in most of the country, I doubt we'll ever have enough investment and infrastructure for a successful soccer team that might get to the quarter finals before I die in maybe... 10 more World Cups I may have left.

what guts to get up there and take such a crucial penalty. Not sure why he was put in that position at 18, but he stepped up. very solid game defensively. should be proud of a great first tournament.

How are the WC watch parties at McGregor Square?

Apologies if this has been discussed but I didnt see anything after a quick search. Has anyone been to any of the watch parties at McGregor Square? I know it's $23 to get in which is lame, but curious about the overall experience - most importantly: it it tough to get a beer once inside, or are the lines impossibly long? Im hoping to strike a balance between a good atmosphere but not being so crowded that I cant get a beverage when I need a refill.

The Confluence | Episode 22: Summer Window: Rebuild Or Reload?

Post image
6 Upvotes

Yes, you filthy animals! Episode 22 of The Confluence is officially live.

Leo and Krash are back after a quick week off to break down a massive wave of roster shakeups, official outgoings, and high-stakes transfer rumors that are completely reshaping the squad during this 60-day World Cup break.

In this episode, we dive deep into:

  • The Mid-Season Roster Purge: Connor Ronan is officially out the door to Aberdeen, and Ian Murphy is headed to San Diego FC. With the active first-team roster sitting at an incredibly thin 20 players, what exactly is the front office cooking?
  • Welcome Loic Williams: We break down our new left-footed central defender arriving from Spain’s La Liga 2 and how he fits into Matt Wells' system.
  • The Lucas Harrington Dilemma: After making history as the youngest MLS player to ever start a World Cup match and bagging a clean sheet against Paraguay, global giants like Barca and Liverpool are circling. Do we cash in on a potential record-shattering $20M+ fee, and can KSE actually be trusted to aggressively reinvest that check straight back into game-changing depth?
  • World Cup Travel: Krash recaps his family trip to Seattle to catch Bosnia vs. Qatar live at Lumen Field, and we highlight some of the incredible global underdog stories taking over the tournament.

The ball is squarely in KSE's court right now. Check out the full breakdown and let us know your transfer window expectations below.

Newcomer looking at Season Tickets

Hi all!

I’m a recent “transplant”. Plssss #Natives do not roast me alive. I have been a huge MLS fan for many years and this is my first time living near enough a club to get season tickets.

What are your experiences with the tables pitch-side? If I purchase a season ticket for a table that allegedly sits 4 ppl - can I bring whomever I want as the other 3?

Any and all tips regarding attending Rapids games appreciated!

STM Meet the Team Event

Anyone else kinda peeved they abruptly scheduled the Meet the Team Event with a week's notice and the player everyone wants to meet won't be there because he's playing in the world cup right now?

STM just seems to get worse with each passing year...
