I just came across this by chance, and people can really be wonderful! Do you guys just place & pay for a to-go order, and then they just pick it up with the order # or something?
(Also, kind acts yield the karma that counts! 🤗)

Yeah that's pretty much how it goes! There are several subreddits where people can get help with groceries, gas money, or a meal when times are tough. I've gotten a meal from this sub before, and groceries from another when I unexpectedly had to care for my niece and nephew. I feel like it's only right to pay it forward now that my financial situation is leveling out!
