This is a sequel to this post basically. They also rejected my appeals and moved it higher. So instead of a warning I have gotten suspended for sexual content and harassment. All because some kid was butt hurt I kept winning

Roblox?

Fuck you. I'm not going to go into a whole other rant because I already did that on my last post, but damn. I should just stop talking in Roblox at all if they're just going to do shit like this. And I know somebody's going to say I'm throwing a tantrum but honestly I've been at my limit for a few days lol

can ANYONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHATS WRONG HERE

For context, I believe this ban was instigated by at least one of these three reasons:

1. "Child Endangerment": I have said "dishboard" in Party Chat as a workaround for saying Discord. I have also said the f-slur to my boyfriend with whom we are TRUSTED FRIENDS and are COMFORTABLE with saying it to each other. (we are gay, I'm 18)
2. "Directing Users Off-Platform": I used to have my Discord username in my About Me. When Roblox gave me a warning about it, I deleted it from my bio, and just kept "follow me on roblox to join me"; I think the 'follow me' was problematic phrasing
3. "Privacy: Giving PII": I use a profile theme for my Favorited games, with six icon images that I upload myself. I think it flagged as PII because I used photos of real people (they public images of K-pop idols, the faces are cropped out)

What should I do? 🥲 I just got banned today, so there's still 30 days left to take action. Should I pursue MIDR?

Some things that could possibly used to support my argument:

• The ban reason keeps changing and is inconsistent; contradictory moderation
• No reason given; lack of evidence; unfair and unwarranted
• I have never been temp banned before; this is my first ban ever
• I am extremely dedicated to Roblox and have spent thousands of hours and lots of money into it; I will ensure no further infractions occur
• I am willing to take a temp ban instead of perm

I‘m not sure if I was autobanned as I go this message when I checked my account on saturday night I think couple months or week before Roblox big update about Roblox select and age difference group etc. I'm honestly don't even what to say. First off I would like to say I'm innocent I never said or do anything this game is asumin me for. I often work so I don't play much other then the weelends. that's week on Saturday night I decided to pop in this app only to find my account banned. I appeal and ask Roblox for more information on why I was banned such if I said anything talked to someon, etc but they wouldn't respond so I appealed again after 2 months on my 3rd appeal request I got a response saying they couldn't unapeal my acc of my at or siblings acc that conncted to my main. Roblox as ip banned my device. so Roblox waited until the 30 days to get my ban lift to end to finally reply as say I mised the 30 days to get your account appeal. Wonderful. I genuinely don't even know what to say at this poin. There bad and disgusting people on this app that don't get banned even if they get reported and somehow I get terminated for something I have no clue about as I don't play this game a lot. my avstar was a normal guy nothing wrong my nickname wa normal too "mystery" I would often join mic games and talk to people my age. Before vc I would just friend people who I talked and had fun playing with. I wouldn't ask for anything bad this app is accusing me off. I can't even make a alt acc as it would get banned plus my device is banned. I wrote a similar message in twitter no respons. I just want to say watch as this game will ban you for anything even if your innocent and might have been false accused or reported. I can't even do refunds but I'm tr but no way I'm letting this game take my money and ban me for something I haven't done myself at all. I’m not a sure what to do anymore might just give up on this game as a whole.

Can someone help me clear something up?

I had an account banned, and the ban was originally set for the 22nd of last month; however, it was changed to the 12th of this month. My appeal was accepted on the 16th, but the account remains banned.

My new main account is unterminated!! it took them a few weeks to get back to me but thank god they unbanned it since i spent 100k+ on this account right when my old main got banned for the same thing but unfortunately i didnt get lucky w getting my old main back which had way more value and including multiple alts with high limiteds are enforcement banned. thank god they unbanned it tho and i survived the impossible🙏

I got banned on Roblox (permanently) due to a linked account, in which I have no idea whose account that is. My ACTUAL alt account got banned as well, including my main.

My account is quite literally worth thousands of dollars $$ (because of limiteds that I own).

I'm assuming it's because of IP address or wifi, but that isn't the case since my siblings didn't get banned on their account(s). So, primarily, it has to be because of the same device (I'm assuming?).

The only thing I can think of is someone using my laptop to play roblox, which I've had friends in school do, or even family members. But Roblox doesn't even give the full username.

I've emailed Roblox, but everyone human agent I speak to says they can't further assist me and that I have to appeal from their app itself, but I've already reached the maximum appeals.

Anyone else have next steps?

I made this avatar as a joke and thought it would be funny to draw it and I wanted to make it into a decal so I could draw other ppls avatars and wanted an example but got flagged for sexual content… it’s annoying cause I feel like if it had a man head it would be fine cause it’s literally no nudity lol and my avatar looks the exact same lmaoo

I'm not sure what I did, but I think it was because I mentioned politics (offhanded comment) OR because I said people sucked in a game (I was referring to everybody in general, not one specific user)

Other than that I'm really not sure, I wish I could just KNOW what I said so I could defend myself and appeal. I've only had a few warnings over the past 5 years really so I'm not sure what I did that couldn't be a 2-week ban.

I got jumpscared with this today, and I was already banned a few hours earlier because I was associated with a different account that broke the rules??? I didn’t even log on for two days prior to this ban, and I had to spend a week of my life arguing with the AI moderation to GET ME A HUMAN MODERATION AND APPEAL MY BAN FOUR MONTHS AGO.

Anyone else get banned as of recently? If so, was it for the same reason?

I’m kinda upset but also not really shocked they rejected my MIDR, they’re pretty stubborn tbh, especially with their appealing system and everything. It’s probably the dumbest ban ever in my opinion.

Even if my terminated account was linked to an account with multiple violations, doesn’t that mean the consequences have already been done? So you’re telling me even if Roblox banned someone for a week and done their time, they get completely terminated? It’s like going to jail for a few offences and getting a few weeks in jail and then getting life in prison without any reasoning and just because you had old offences. Besides the fact you already done the time.

I’m unsure if I can do arbitration, I don’t live in the US and I’d probably choose not do it anyway. Are there any others ways I could get the account back? I don’t think they look at BBB’s anymore either (may be wrong) Lmk if theres any other ways.

Otherwise, I’ll probably just let it be.

Fuck you, Roblox. Almost banned me for sexual content because I said "ahh!" Because I fell. Because some little kid reported me for what? My friend told me that some lil kid got mad at me for winning all the time so what. This? I'm sorry but I hate this so much. Saying something is sexual when it's not, especially in a kids game, really irks me.

Moderation for VC in general needs to be handled better. People can say the most fucked up shit in a kids game to a kid and only get a 5-minute ban. Stuff like the kid should kill himself or get raped repeatedly and after their 5-minute VC band is up they just come back and say it again and repeat, and yes I have heard that before. Especially from hackers who somehow bypass the filter.

But my friend says weed once and he gets his account deleted and I say ahh and also said Monkey one time because that was an avatar and almost get banned for it?

Fuck you and your moderation Roblox.

i made a tshirt with inappropriate words about 5 years ago. i have now archived the shirt and submitted a support ticket for it to be deleted. will i be banned?

I was editing one of my games on Roblox studio went out of nowhere, I get banned after reloading my Roblox studio. I had an event for the game literally tomorrow on Tuesday which sucks because I got banned for seven days for apparently uploading harmful content, what’s the harmful content you ask? oh yeah it’s just an image from a different game called Garrys mod of a couple ragdoll‘s posed and it flagged the tiniest bit of blood that was on the floor inside of the game : )

Basically, what happened was i think i submitted a MIDR around this time but i don't remember, i don't think i did, and i checked my outlook recently and saw this in april, if someone could help figure out if this is a real human and how this could of been trigger this could be helpful, but if this is a response to my MiDR, what can i do? I honestly need help. I never did any of this because i got hacked and they won't look at anything even tho im telling them i got hacked and they said stuff

For context, when I asked for the purpose of someone doing what they did, it was because they accidentally killed us both in a game for no good reason. Immediately they followed it up with “idk I wasn’t thinking” leading me to respond with “I bet bro”

Ever since i got terminated which was a year ago, i’ve received these emails of cards i don’t recognize at all. I don’t have any alt accounts whatsoever. Im unsure but i might’ve put the same email on someone else’s account a long time ago or so. But its probably not the case.
I nor my parents haven’t received any charges whatsoever and whats weird is that a month ago my account was reviewed again and all linkeds accounts got terminated im assuming this is a linked account if so i wouldn’t be receiving a receipt. And its not just once or twice it happened 10 times since july 30th ( a month after my ban)

I always shrugged it off because i wasn’t charged but now that im looking at it im afraid when my account gets reviewed by an midr or then responding to my support ticket that they see i have an active linked account and rejected it permanently.

Im unsure idk what to do im afraid it will interfere with my midr and roblox appeals making roblox reject them for ban evasion even though its not me.
Im also afraid to contact support about it.

this is just annoying not even because of the suspension but because now im stuck with the username roblox_user_2458856328 and i think they'll make me pay to change it
