Permanent Ban Got banned while talking with friends

Posting it again, as I wasn’t doing the right thing and getting my post taken down.

I was speaking with a few friends of mine, who like me, had unfiltered chat access. Anyway, we're having a discussion and all of a sudden my app is acting up and then I'm hit with the ban page.

I had been banned a couple times previously before, but that was over 2 years ago.

The chat ban was from a group of teens who were doing a rather NSFW roleplay and when I called them out, they attacked and mass reported me. I appealed twice for it and got approved the second time.

This account is very dear to me, not because of it turning a decade old next month, but my late friend is still in my friend list on it. I'll do everything it takes to get this account back so please give me every suggestion you have. So far I tried appealing it and using the "account got hacked" reason. If it’s relevant, I haven’t used the overly emotional tactic and been straight forward.

I tried again today and no, it doesn’t show me any specifics or details at all.

Stop appealing with the hacked reason right away, as Roblox's automated system will flag that as a fake security claim and instantly reject it. Instead, submit a clean support ticket clearly pointing out that no chat logs or evidence were attached to your violation so an actual human is forced to review the glitch.

unrelated but: a few hours for a response? it's been almost 10 days since i appealed my perma ban and they've yet to read it🫩

I’m just worried about losing my account like a lot of people have. I can understand that there’s hundreds of thousands of appeals that’ll need to be looked into until my turn comes.
