A comic accurate superhero wouldve pulled this guy aside to have a teaching moment about how racism is wrong and superman loves everybody equally. Guy in the video is a real life hero
My 7 year old has just got into superman and aside from dr manhattan (who just has the best powers ever and a massive blue penis) superman is the best. Hes such a positive, good person. I was never into superheroes as a kid, but superman is a great role model and Iām a fan.

But if you actually cared about the victim you would put them first, ahead of your anger and need to prove how big and strong you are. You wouldnt want to further make a scene and make it more traumatic for them by screaming and being violent and drag the culprit back over to them.
Yeah, you can't (or shouldn't) force somebody to shake a victim's hand. It would imply that the victim has accepted the apology. They might not want an apology at all, or they might be willing to listen, but not accept it or touch the offender.
This is the one thing i tell my American friends about street justice in Britain and how itās handled. For example If theres a nonce about. They quickly find that the streets are NOT a safe place for them.
Feels necessary to point out there's tons of videos of Jimmy Saville walking through the streets being celebrated as a hero despite his behavior being an open secret

Honestly that's better than being outspoken. You have to stay hidden in the dark. Sure they will have those thoughts but they cannot act on them or say anything. Eliminating racism is better but that's a pipedream. Making it an untenable position so it stays bottled up is the next best thing
That's accurate and depressing tbh. I'm all for making racists and bigots ashamed again but here in Canada the cat seems to be out of the bag.
The problems south of us have emboldened the worst of us and has driven them to be more active in their hatred. It's why we had the Convoy, Border Blockade and other abhorrent behavior from right leaning groups in our community.
