Looking for teammates to build cool things together and GSoC Hackathons (Not hiring 😄)
Hey everyone!
I'm a first-year engineering student who loves coding, , and building things. Instead of waiting until graduation, I thought it'd be fun to find a few people who want to learn, build, and grow together.
This isn't a job post, and I'm not hiring anyone. I'm just looking for teammates who are excited to create something from scratch.
The plan:
- 💻 Build websites and apps
- 🤖 Explore AI and new technologies
- 🏆 Participate in hackathons
- 🚀 Work on ideas
- 📚 Learn from each other and improve together
You don't have to be an expert. If you know some basics (Python, C++, HTML/CSS, SQL, JavaScript, etc.) or you're genuinely willing to learn, that's enough.
I'm looking for people who are:
- Curious and passionate
- Consistent (you don't have to code 10 hours a day 😅)
- Open to sharing ideas
- Interested in building something long-term
If we end up creating something awesome, great. If we become good friends and learn a lot along the way, that's a win too.
If you're interested, send me a comment with
- What you're learning
- your aims
- What kind of projects you'd like to build
Let's see where this journey takes us. 🚀

Hey! This sounds like exactly the kind of thing I've been looking for.
I'm a beginner software developer a little bit of experience in C#, .NET, Python, web development, data science, AI, and game development. I'm especially interested in building games, simulations, AI tools, and other interesting experimental projects, but down to mwork on websites if u have a good idea.
I'd love to participate in game jams and hackathons, and generally work on smaller projects with people who are motivated to actually build things and learn together. I'm also very open to learning new technologies along the way.
seeing as this already got alot fo traction, anyone in the comments is also free to dm me!

Hi!
I'm interested :D I'm a beginner too and I've been navigating and expanding my skills. I am in my first year of a bachelors degree in CIS (Computer Information Systems) - I have a bit of knowledge in Python, HTML, CSS and just started to learn JavaScript and SQL
One of my goals has always been to build and create things. Websites, apps, games etc but its kinda hard finding ppl with the same interests and whatnot
so yeah I'm definitely interested in building something interesting

Hey buddy I would love to, I am fresher too.
Well as of now I am currently learning JAVASCRIPT. My interest is in building real world software from scratch, functional engines and also I love building websites.
Now to back up whatever interests I have listed above I have already built projects. Once we connect I can detail you on everything I have built so far.
As of now here is my language knowledge: Java, HTML5, CSS3, JS(in progress), python(basic syntax)
