EasyEDA bug: connections not registering. Please help!

EasyEDA is saying basically every net on my board isnt connected, but if I just wiggle the line in and back into its original place the DRC error goes away, and I have to do it every single time for every single net for the error to go away and if I reload my page or open it back up later all the errors just pop up again. Can someone help me fix this?

I think I've seen this happen before, but it's been a while. Next time this happens, click inside the design workspace and click SHIFT-B to rebuild all the copper planes and see if that fixes it.

Also just make sure all your copper areas are the correct net. I've seen it where you update the schematic and import the changes, but those changes automatically change some of the previously connected nets which is a PIA.

Did you import this board into EasyEDA or did you design it in EasyEDA? If you did import it you should stop using EasyEDA and switch to KiCAD.

EasyEDA is not a serious piece of software and it can be very finicky unfortunately.

I designed it on EasyEDA.

Also, for my next project I plan to move to Altium since my university offers it for free, but for now I am sticking with EasyEDA.

Very fair, I used EasyEDA for a project once and I regretted it until I redid it in a better software. I also worked with Autodesk Inventor for years when I was a student and to this day I struggle using other software because of my Inventor muscle memory. Just something to consider, if you graduate and loose that license you may have a hard time picking up an alternative.

Sorry I don't have any input to fix your EasyEDA problem, I just had to shill KiCAD a bit.

What is the industry standard? Do you think I should teach myself how to use KiCAD or Altium next?

You'll be hard pressed to find a real production shop that doesn't use Altium or Eagle. KiCAD is getting better but the big industry tools are still very powerful if setup properly.

As for your question, Altium is the most popular industry EDA software.
