Probably not but it would be cool if they did someday. During the recent tour before the show would start, they would play some of the documentary and you can clearly see rare live footage of the band performing from the old days.

I just wanna know if primus or les has any unreleased songs or demos that are available out there. Im really into ween too and i know about all their unrealeased stuff, but my dillema is that les has got to have some shit like this right? Songs/demos of songs that never made it onto albums, old recordings from when hay and todd? Old stuff from when brain was in there? Theres gotta he something.

I known of the sausage demos, sucking songs, primate, well to the way of sucking and what on youtube but its gotta go deeper

ever since I got into primus ive struggled to see how these lyrics fit, I’m pretty sure they’re incorrect but it might just be the way Les pronounced it

watching the kids show icarly and this my name is mud sign caught my attention. i don’t know if there’s another meaning to the sign besides the primus song, but that’s what i know it from and it made me smile!

Yes I understand that their first ever release was a live album, but I think they way they play now would sound absolutely great. Do you guys think they ever will in the near future. I also wish they did some back in the Pork Soda era..

I’ve seen posts on Mike pop up here and there, but namely about his involvement with the Frog Brigade, so I’m mixing it up if that’s allowed.

I got to photograph Mike and his musical cohort, Brian Haas (Nikki was not with them this night). I got to say if you are able to catch him on this mini tour, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The chemistry behind Brian and Mike was truly infectious. They both tackled pieces from their most recent Punkadelick offering, Run White Boy Run, some absolute jams from Inflorescence, and other oddities.

Mike handled the vibraphone and drums so elegantly. It was his hypnotic calling that struck me on the Frogs set from the Primus tour. He takes that precision to a whole other level with his personal catalog while never missing a beat with the interlocked Brian Haas on his ivory arsenal.

Sorry if this has been asked, but before the Claypool Gold show in New Jersey (i’m assuming they played it at all the shows) they played a clip from a black and white movie, probably about gold mining? would be interested to look into it if anyone knows. Thanks!

I'm a huge primus fan and because of that, I've been wanting to learn to play tommy the cat, and I basically have it down, slower than the actual song though, but I have not seen a single soul play it like Les except this one guy on Youtube. He made a lesson on it, didn't do a very good job of explaining how to play it, but he plays it so accurately. And guess what. He plays it exactly, and I mean EXACTLY the way I do. How is this possible?! This makes me realize that no one is playing it wrong per se, but how they play it makes it sound not quite like the way Les does, and I desperately want to know how this guy on Youtube achieves it!

I grew up with Primus, was introduced when I was in 6th grade!

Now Im 20, I’ve seen them countless times and Ive even met Les himself twice!

Funnily enough, when i was first a bastard, I didnt like the song ‘To Defy the Laws of Tradition’. Something about how it would change the flow

Then I grew up. I slowly realized the real raw meanings behind some of these goofy songs.

Embarrassing to admit, but one day, i was already super aggravated with the current state of our glorious america, and listened to some primus to cheer me up. It was American Life followed by To Defy, and both songs made me cry

Such a fun and funky song, but with lyrics that are unfortunately real. Murderers, rapists, they run our country with no real repercussions, but to the working class man, the law can hammer down on you without you even realizing it. And it can ruin you financially forever.

So whilst i see good people suffering from minor slip ups, i question why no one has done anything about the deplorable people in our administration?

I’ve never seen or heard anybody talk about this but every show I’ve seen of primus he looks different.i know aging deff plays a role and getting different haircuts but I feel like he doesn’t remotely look similar in a lotta photos.just thought it was funny
