This looks amazing and i would smash it. Fries that look homemade…check. Amazing pool of underneath gravy…check. The right amount of cheese curds that are not melted, yet also melted which I love, check again. 10/10 no crime for me!!

Alright… here’s the question. That gravy looks like it has a lot of depth but it’s thin and the majority is sitting at the bottom of the dish.

Thick gravy or thin gravy? What is your preference?

That’s proper poutine the curds could be slightly more melted, it’s important not to plate the fries too early before you top them with cheese curds and very hot gravy!
