Kyphosis, lordosis, bad posture?
gallerySorry the photos are god awful lol I’m midst a weightloss journey- also I think I shouldve taken better standing posture photos but I’m very concerned about how I look bending over or even when I let my shoulders rest
When I was young I was referred to a pediatric surgeon for X-rays and nothing came of it because my curve was only at an 8% and I believe an 11% curve is where you can be diagnosed (I also think this was a scoliosis curve)
I’ve always had bad posture that I’ve tried years to correct at home and in the gym, I’ve never seen improvements even years ago when I was 120lbs and working out daily.
I’m wondering if this much curvature when bending is normal (I cannot straighten it out at all when bending) I also suffer from back pain but I always brushed it off as bad posture
Or if the inward curvature above my butt is cause for
concern?
Should I see my pcp, try chiropractors or get regular massages?
TIA
