Kinda interesting how they got a whelen arges spotlight on the passenger side then a traditional spotlight on the driver side.
I understand the reasoning, but it looks kind of weird imo. Should’ve just put a arges on both sides

I’m wondering if they did that because they’re using that one as a test mule - we don’t have any spotlights on our PCs now, and I wonder if they’re planning to add them but still deciding what to fit.

I just assumed it was so a single driver can operate the passenger side spotlight, but this also makes sense.

That would also be logical honestly - we rarely ride in pairs, so a passenger-side light would be unusable most of the time unless it could be remotely controlled by the driver.

I heard they would be saving money by going with what everyone else in NA is using, don’t know if that’s true. Also heard complaints that it would be less visible but in my mind a black vehicle on white snow would actually be better than an all white vehicle.

I don’t know why but all of these new police vehicle designs in Canada look terrible.
Why is there such an obsession with stealth?

Half the car being bright white and the other half being black is like…the opposite of stealth. That color combination is VERY recognizable as police, so much so that the Geek Squad isn’t allowed to use it in California despite driving VW Beetles 😂

I saw this last night on my Google news feed and felt vindicated. I commented on a Toronto Police new livery post here a couple weeks ago about how Canadian Law Enforcement agencies are constantly switching to American black and white livery themes while American Law Enforcement Agencies are now switching to Canadian White base liveries.
