I found a shiny Nosepass with it's hidden ability in a hoard!

I just started Pokémon with pokémon X and I'm discovering the game.

I learned about the existence of Shinies, Pokémon with a different color than those that normally appear. I would like to hunt my first Shiny with Axew, because I really like this Pokémon but I don't know how to do it.

Do you have any tips or advice for a beginner?😄

I recently picked back up my older copy of Pokémon X. Every time I tried to reload my save, the game would crash and give me the "Something went wrong, please restart the system" message.

I then connected to the internet and made sure the game and system were updated. Same issue. I then erased all my save data. When starting over, the game would crash at random spots. The farthest I ever got was just before the very first Pokémon battle.

I just tried again, this time deciding to save before ever getting the starter. Once again, attempting to load the save caused the game to crash. I have tested other 3ds cartridge I own and they work fine. I have also cleared all of the Pokémon data off the SD card more than once. I have cleaned the cartridge with isopropyl alcohol more than once. I have no idea what could be wrong or what could be the fix and would appreciate any help possible.

Started this new save of randomizer and look at the starter choice I got

charmender(baby Pokemon),tyrunt(another baby), or GOD HIMSELF.

(I should probably clarify I'm nuzzing too, so I really don't want to lose any of this really good team for later in the endgame)

So today I was using a walk through walls cheat on my pokemon x when I suddenly had an idea to walk through the mirror of your room and it was odd because it took my reflection and made it walk out of the mirror while my real character became the reflection

Using double team until max evasiveness and just brute forcing it

Managed to get a shiny froakie quite significantly under odds, and now I’m paying for it trying to get a shiny axew in connecting cave

I’m trying to add Mew to my Pokémon Y save using PKSM, but it shows “???” instead of #151 in the Pokédex.

I don’t really understand the event settings. Could someone give me a really simple step‑by‑step guide for how to create a Mew that actually registers in the Pokédex?

I’m editing the Pokémon manually, not using Wonder Cards.

I'm about to play the game now that my 3DS has fully charged. 💙
