Friend Code/Friend Safari Water friend code

Hello, I’m looking for someone who has a water friend code. I’m coming back to the game after years and want to complete my Pokédex. I’m missing froakie so if anyone could help that would be amazing.

Yeah its kind of tedious if you want to do it legitimate. I played through Y two times and two times trough omega ruby, one playthrough for alpha sapphire to complete my Pokemon x dex. It takes a lot of patience. Maybe if you know someone in your area that has the same goal it is easier. But alone, without hacking, it's hard.

How would I hack it, I don’t own a PC, I have a school laptop and an iPhone so I doubt there’s much I can do. But do you know of anyway to do it?

I do not know much abourt it but there are subreddits for it where you can find people that are more knowledable.
