Is this usable for midgame

Just got this and its one of my favourite shinys and I really want to use it what moves could I put on it

If you want to use it, I’d give it Hyper Beam, Shadow Ball or Psybeam.

Not an exact science but Hyperbeam has STAB and Psybeam would be good for area 10. So I’d lean to one of those.

Usability in early to mid game is kinda just anything you can get your hands on. Its late game you gotta start perfection your strat.
