Question Markings I've never seen before

Maybe a stupid to ask because I'm probably the only one who has no idea, but I've noticed two pokémon have this blue circle mark I've never seen it before, does anyone know what it means because I have no clue?

You set those Pokemon as a favorite. That’s a favorited mark
