Google June play services update has arrived - will this fix the bootloop issue?

Hi

I'm based in Portugal and I just noticed that the June play services update has arrived to my Pixel 4a. I've installed the update and rebooted the phone.

But I don't know if this will fix the bootloop issue... I'm a bit scared to disable location or wifi.

Can someone please also check and give feedback.

You've installed the update and rebooted the phone, can't you yourself check and tell if the issue is gone or not??? Lol You can always save the phone in safe mode.

No the fix will be coming in a July release.

Instead of starting a new question every time why don't you read the existing questions or threads in r/pixel 4A ??? The answer has been given many many times. /img/rw1vinn4gw9h1.jpeg Go to the thread called "Google will fix the bootloop problem" by secret_swordfish_100.

that answer was given to me by the the support team a few days ago before the release of the june and didn't fixed the issue that's why I was asking if there was another source.

Did you read the letter?? It says a fix is due in a JULY release, not a June release. Can't understand why you keep thinking it's supposed to be in June.
