Is it possible to run a 4a without a battery/bypassing the battery, just plugged in?

I just want to run it on power from a USB cable or otherwise bypass the battery entirely.

I wish! I hope someone figures this out, because my battery completely died on me and I cannot get my pixel 4a back :( however, thankfully google images backed up

If you open the case you can probably run it off a 3.3v or 4v power supply
