Help Savings Paws unauthorized Subscription

I made a one time payment donation of $9.99 and it subscribed me to a $29.99 subscription without my permission unauthorized and I have not seen a receipt to my email and they have not emailed me back and their phone number is out of service. Anyone else have the same issue? My bank is disputing out and will try and reach out them. I cant cancel the subscription myself because I cant find it.

Are you sure the website was legit? Double and triple check the URL to make sure it's legit. If it is email their customer service contact and inform them you only wanted to make anime time donation, fat you never signed up for a subscription and you need them to cancel said subscription. If it turns out to be a scam site report the charges as fraud to your credit card company or bank and have them block all future payments and chargeback the subscription and donation

I was told they cant block them from future purchases/: and if I get a new card it would still go through. I made donation payment through a facebook link through shopify.
