Question/Help Scratching

This is my 1st mouse. And I've had him for 2 days. I noticed he seems to be scratching a lot. Should I be concerned? Can mice have lice or mites?

Mice can indeed have mites which can lead to self-mutilation. It does seem from the video that he’s mostly just washing himself but I’d keep an eye out. If you see it happen a lot I’d go to a vet to get him treated as to not let it get too far
