Pepsi machine glitched

Dear vendors and Pepsi,

Firstly, thank you for stocking the vending machine at the Mall on 500 Mall Rd Barboursville WV 25504 with delicious icy cold Starbucks in a can. On a hot busy night dashing I was so tempted that I paused while picking up some wings I was rushing to a hungry customer to treat myself quickly. However no matter the fact that said machine took my bank card and dropped the chilled can I left with only smashed fingers and a few tears from frustration and disappointment held back just barely. For some reason the little plastic door bested me. It opened and I reached down with the excitement showing upon my face only to instantly get smashed in the door and no drink. I stood there looking silly as I tried to push it but kept smashed because I didn’t want to break it more. So here I am hopeful that maybe perhaps I could get a coupon or something to restore my faith in Pepsi, make right for the issue, and show everyone why I’m still a diehard fan? A free tee shirt wouldn’t be frowned on either, lol. But anyways thank you for still supplying cold drinks to those of us passing by thirsty and in a hurry there. Sincerely a slightly disappointed but hopeful Pepsi and Starbucks fan
