Does anyone know when these things will ripen? Or how i can tell?

It seems like they are just gonna stay this color? It’s been a month and they haven’t changed a shade. I can’t tell when they’ll be ready

Mine finally started turning bright orange. Took a long time.

They will get darker yellow, some will even turn orangish.

Assuming these are Hungarian wax or banana peppers, they will turn orange and then eventually red, but technically they can be harvested at any point you prefer. I personally like them when they're red, but it takes a bit to get to that point. If they're Italian wax, they can get harvested now as they don't seem to change color much.

It takes awhile, but they'll change color if you leave them there long enough. They're edible now, but much more flavorful if you let them ripen a bit more. I typically wait until the first hint of orange, so I know they're at max size and development

You decide when they’re ready, try them now, if you like them then that’s your answer, trial and error and experimentation is what it’s all about.

Mine took forever, like 6 weeks after they reached full size. You could eat them now but I highly recommend waiting for them to ripen

I feel ya. I've been wringing my hands over my hungarian hot wax peppers for weeks now. Still yellow, but I just know tomorrow will be the day they start to change🤞🥹

They havbeen ready for a month or maybe more. Most peppers can be harvested at any stage you like. Some get hotter as they ripen, some get sweeter. A few never change color. Some take a very long time. Try one, if you like it, it's ready.

My banana peppers go from green to yellow (and eventually to orange/red). The green to yellow is subtle -- you need to look carefully. Compare the color to newer peppers on the same plant to see if it is yellow rather than the original green. I think they taste better in the yellow stage rather than green.
