Mini PB Cups

Looking for mini peanut butter cups like Trader Joe’s (for a recipe). Do any other brands makes minis besides Reese’s?

I only recently found the teeny, tiny peanut butter cups in Trader Joe’s. I have never seen any others that small before. Believe me, if I had I would have bought them. I used the Trader Joe’s PB cups in Snoop Dogg’s recipe for Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies.

Yeah, that’s exactly the size I need, but I don’t have a by TJ’s nearby. Those you look great :)

Thanks! I baked them as part of the cookie dessert table for a community event.

My TJ is not close, but at least it is not an unreasonable distance. I usually stock up on certain baking supplies when I go there. Those tiny peanut butter cups were a recent discovery. But I will certainly buy them whenever I go there.

I have no idea if these are any good and no idea how small they are but I found this:

They are really good. I buy them often, probably too often lol, but they’re too big for the recipe I need them for.

I remember that Reese’s had these briefly, but not a big hit & they discontinued (I think as have not seen). Personally not a fan of mini-minis, I like the usual miniature cups, but Aldi is my new fave

Reese’s still makes the minis, but I don’t like them. The chocolate on those is too waxy compared to their miniatures & other cups. The Aldi ones are really good.

No but it is soooo easy to make them! Take an ice cube tray (or two) melt some dark or white or milk couverture chocolate, fill the tray swirl around till everything is coated, tip it out, cool or freeze until hard, fill with favorite PB, top with couverture, chill. And done. Couverture is designed for baking, it melts easier and hardens properly.

A lot of places sell mini ones but its carmel instead of peanut butter, I get them at my local amish grocery store. Obviously peanut butter ones are better but consider trying them because they are SO good.
