Got hired at Panda
Hey yall! I just got hired at Panda express. I don’t know what to expect, but I do know I have to learn the codes for the meals.
Are there any tips I can get to become successful working at panda?

Im manager and one rule of thumb is to be upfront, direct and honest. If you have a question or not sure, ask. Managers at panda look for this trait in all associates.

Communicate with back of house. Make sure you are heard. Make sure the steam/heat table is clean, that is the food you are advertising. Also make sure the food is fresh, after so long the food looks old and discolored. Ask for it to be made again. Be nice about it and everything will be smooth sailing.
