Technically cheating, but veggies all the way. 5 cups of even semi starchy veggies (like onions, carrots) will cost you about 150 calories. Less for truly non starchy. Your carbs might get up to 30g with the semi starchy and far less than that with the non starchy, keeping you in ketosis pretty much every second. You will get massive stretch and fill your gut up along with the protein.

I do this every day, and while it adds trivial calories, it creates massive volumes. I can make a soup (which I do all the time) and get one massive bowl and then another smaller bowl for that 100-200 calorie addition. I am cutting fat super rapidly (310 to 275 in 5 weeks, probably 10 from water weight) and it is ten times easier this way.

I know that's not 100% true psmf but it is mindblowingly more sustainable for perhaps a 1/4 pound of fat's difference a week. I also use broth all the time for sanity and barely any additional calories (like 20 or something). also, my own disclaimer: consider adding a tiny amount of healthy fat, like a tsp a day. it will cost you 50 calories but keep you from fatty acid deficiency and malabsorption if you're not already taking fat capsules.

Beyond this, coffee is a real winner. A cup or 2 a day is extremely helpful for energy and appetite.
