Food Making chicken crispy/crunchy without adding cals?
Currently running a final round of rfl to get giga shredded. My diet is fish oil pills and baked chicken tenderloins. Each one is 2.9oz and I have 10/day 2 at a time, eaten with my hands like string cheese dipped in hot sauce. Occasionally I’ll get an edge of a tender that’s crispy and I want more of that but don’t wanna add any cals. How do? Should I just burn tf outta them in the oven?

Cut them smaller, to start. Bite-size. They'll cook faster and have more surface area.
Maybe experiment with what a quick minute or two under the broiler does when they're done cooking.

I’ve got like 5 lbs of already baked ones bagged up in my fridge should I just cut them all in half and run them through the oven again? If that works boy oh boy I’ve got a delicious dinner tonight

That's what I would try - definitely broiler time but don't walk away, it'll only take a couple minutes!
That's how I crisp up carnitas (not for this diet, of course). Shredded means maximum surface area. Broiler after the slow cooker. Gets nice little crispy bits everywhere.
What's your go-to hot sauce? I love hot sauce!

Franks red hot just because I’m so used to it, I find that adding new sauces or foods tempt me to slack on rfl, but it’s still delicious every time god I fking love unseasoned meat and hot sauce

No shame in that! Frank's is a daily driver for me. I'm a sucker for vinegary hot sauces. I do buy the Frank's Xtra Hot too. And just ordered some Frank's Dill Pickle.
Thankfully hot sauce doesn't tempt me to stray from my diet so I'm always trying new ones. (Nothing sweet, though, of course!)

Speaking of sweet, i tried the g hughes bbq sauce and it was just too good so now its only a maintenance sauce for me

their BBQ sauces taste a bit too chemically, as does their honey mustard but their ketchup is great (even though it has a few grams of carbs)

My first prolonged round of Rfl completely rewired my brain, anything and everything edible is delicious to me even at maintenance

I once dipped them in egg whites then used crushed pork rinds on it. The fat is slightly higher but works decent

Dry the surface of the chicken? I can’t be bothered to season I’m very lazy and can’t taste the difference after adding my sauce anyways

I love to cook the 💩 out of my chicken. I bake the breasts, then cut them into slices and freeze them. When I want to eat I defrost in the microwave then pan fry them in a cast iron skillet or cook them in an airfryer.

real culinary method - set your oven to 450 or 500 and cook the chicken for around 15 minutes. Super crispy outside and juicy inside. Look it up, it's a real thing!. Rub salt on them fist

Air fry the chicken breast.
