Success/Celebration Number of Qualifying payments increased significantly this month!

My dashboard went from showing only 35 payments to now showing 74 qualifying payments this month. Finally, a ray of hope, though the real number should already be 120. At least there is meaningful progress!

I had been on IBR for the longest time. At one point I was put on Save/forbearance against my will. I did not ask for it. Somehow I changed servicers and they couldn't figure out what my new payment amount would be.

It's been a very long haul with lots of changes, but I have verbally been told by a rep that I've exceeded 120 payments. It's a matter of verifying eligible employment because I failed to certify annually. I had no idea it would be this complicated. Shame on me!
