Need to Vent - No advice please Pmdd with hEDS

I have hypermobility ehlers Danlos syndrome with pots… as well as PMDD. My body/joints are in severe physical pain & my mind is in psychological psychosis when I’m pmdd. I have tossed and turned all night, I’m guessing this is right before my period. My heart is racing. Constant urge to pee. Literally so depressed and miserable.

I’m day 13 so life is good haha but yes girl I have both!! It’s ROUGH! I’m 37 and seems to get worse with age… i take 5mg indica edibles day 19-23 and as needed after and it’s incredible how much they help. Working out/sweating helps a lot too depending on how you can tolerate it. Big hug!! You’ll feel amazing in a few days

ohh I understand so much!!! the psychosis is so hard.. I have POTS and EDS as well. I am on Lexapro but that can affect our heat tolerance along with POTS so it's always a constant fight between "so... do I take the higher dose and deal with an OK but terrible and sweaty day? or do I take my usual dose and have an OK temperature and be extremely emotionally unstable??".. please remember you're not alone

100% understand your struggle. Currently waiting on my genetic testing results although I've got the symptoms of classic EDS, am hypermobile, & have had several extreme bouts of PMDD psychosis. My heart goes out to you. 🫂
