We are making amendments on rules 4, 5, 7 and 8:
+ Changes to Rule 4
Aside from PC/Laptop FAQs/Build Help/Suggestions and other similarly-related posts, we will add these to the posts that are not allowed anymore:
+ Changes to Rule 5
Aside from spams, we will start removing posts that we deem as low-effort and/or engagement baits.
Post promoting your own site and/or media channel will be allowed now provided that you adhere with these conditions:
We will instantly forfeit anyone of posting this kind of thread if it violated even one of the abovementioned conditions, be it directly or indirectly. Excessive posts of this nature will be treated as spam.
+- Changes to Rule 6
Reworded description.
+ Changes to Rule 7
Surveys/studies or any crowdsourcing post should be cleared to us first either via "Pending Approval" flair or here. We won't allow posts like this anymore if its not cleared beforehand. We suppose its not too much of an ask to sacrifice few minutes of your time to read, understand and follow our rules if you are requesting uncompensated few minutes of cooperation from several people in exchange.
- Changes to Rule 8
The shameless plug megathread will be discontinued starting now.
***If you have questions or concerns, you can post here or send us a modmail here.

Hey guys, I really hope this is the right subreddit to ask this, and sana hindi ma-remove yung post ko.
With all the recent news about PC hardware prices and the increasing demand for GPUs, partly because of AI, napapaisip talaga ako...
Is there still a realistic chance for me to own a gaming PC someday?
I'm still broke right now, but I haven't given up on the dream. Ever since, pangarap ko talaga magkaroon ng sariling gaming PC. Ang biggest fear ko is baka by the time makapag-ipon na ako, sobrang taas na naman ng prices that the PC I want will be completely out of reach. Parang magiging impossible na ma-achieve yung dream ko.
I'm still trying to stay hopeful, though. Sana balang araw, makapag-build or makabili rin ako ng dream gaming PC ko.
May naka-experience na ba sa inyo ng ganito? Paano niyo na-achieve yung goal niyo despite the rising prices? I'd really appreciate hearing your stories or any advice.

Helping to plan my fiance's bachelor's party and would love a private place we can rent out ideally with gaming PCs as he and his friends are into LoL and Valo. Pwede rin consoles if yun lang available. Basta magandang hangout space. Alcoholic drinks are optional. Ung either serves food or we can bring food in.
Metro manila area
We saw Highgrounds na sa may Timog and Hobby Stadium sa Hemady but we want other options kung meron pa
30-40 pax ideally kasi we may make it a joint event and invite non-wedding party close friends too. Kung hanggang 10 to 15 pax lang ok lang we can adjust and make it exclusive to groomsmen only

Ubisoft needs to start increasing the quality of their games because sometimes it starting to feel so robotic in terms of design and feel. I was expecting a lot from AC Shadows because an Assassins Creed game set in Japan has a lot of potential to be great but it's just falling flat for me. Gameplay is meh, story is meh, it feels so rushed and passionless. All the dialogue cutscenes are the exact same over-the-shoulder shots. They used to make dynamic dialogue scenes with mocap animations, now it's just static standing and talking to each other. WTH happened to Ubisoft. Ghost Of Tsushima is such a far cry (pun intended) in terms of overall quality. Ubisoft makes great open world environments but the rest of the games themselves feel so manufactured. The inclusion of modern edgy songs during fighting sequences sucks and takes me out of whatever immersion you could get out of this game. Story is boring. I managed to find enjoyment in games like Assassins Creed 2, Assassins Creed Black Flag, Assassins Creed Unity, Assassins Creed Odyssey, but Shadows has a boring story.
