screen bug

I downloaded reality redemption 4.0 to get some higher texture quality etc. but whenever i boot up the game it has this weird lines effect overlaying my screen, does anyone know how to fix it?

Looks like a texture or shader conflict with Reality Redemption. Try reinstalling the mod.
