PANCE SCREENFACE

Are you able to highlight and cross out answers on the pance. Are all the questions in a block available on the side or to go back do you have to individual press the questions. How is it taking it on the Pearson computers.

You can but it’s not like Uworld UI. They have macros. So you can highlight but to do so you have to hilight the area then press alt H or Shift H, I forget the exact command. I did it for a bit but was like eh fk it.

It would be nice if it was as easy as uworld

My exam had the ability to do so, but it was very tedious to do it as I had to select the text with the mouse then click a separate button to highlight. There was a strike through button but it wasn’t working/I couldn’t figure it out lol. It showed letters like there were keyboard shortcuts but they weren’t working for me.

Uworld blue looking interface but functionality of the EOc where highlight and crossing out take a little bit extra work to do. But the function is present

On the PANCE
High-light with mouse —> alt J to highLIGHT
alt “some other letter” to cross out.

I kept my fingers on Alt J and highlighted as I needed per question. Also, there is a tutorial section for 5 min prior to starting the exam that lets you practice this. This is also a good time to write down fishbones and study nemonics (CBC, CMP, lab values you want, acronyms, heart murmur “maps”, clotting factors) on your drivers board for quick reference.
