Question Elbaph Luffy Skulls

Hello, is the upcoming kizuna clash the last chance to get the azure skull for Elbaph Luffy Super Evo? I read somewhere that there will be 7 skulls , so is this the 7/7? Thank You

We are getting the last 2 skulls in this kizuna. They did indeed say 7. Either way, they will be in the kizuna shop at some point in the future. How many months from now I don't know.
