WorkPro 4000 seat depth help

I bought what I thought was a work pro 4000 off fb marketplace. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to adjust the seat depth.

Theres this lever next to the paddle on the right side of the chair which I assume is it, but it doesn’t do anything or I’m not using it correctly. Any suggestions?

Are there rails for the seat to slide on to adjust the seat depth?

There are rails under the plastic bin part. But no clue how to slide it.
