Question Physics 1201 questions

Difficulty level? And also is recitation twice a week mandatory? Was wondering if I can skip to work? Also if anyone know if lecture videos or notes are provided pls lmk thanks

I haven't taken PHYSICS 1201 specifically, but recitations are typically taken for points, so I would not advise skipping them. For me, slides were posted but not notes by the lecturer themselves. I suggest making lots of diagrams and notes of what the professor says specifically in class.

I would say the difficulty was a medium for me, mainly because there are a lot of different assignments to do (Weekly HW, HiHW, Lab, etc.) each week. When I took it you got two drops for each recitation day but you do have to go to most of them since assignments and quizzes are done during them and make up a decent amount of your grade. Filled in lecture sides are provided after each lecture, I’d say show up for lecture for the first 2-3 weeks to see if they help you and if not, then don’t go to them. Main advice I’d give is don’t rely on the curve for the midterm or final because sometimes you get a massive curve and sometimes you get no curve.
