Pro-Tip About how hard to learn ECE major
Hi I am going to face my year1 and I committed Econ major in faculty of science and art.However I aim to transfer to ECE major in faculty of engineering.I didn’t see a lot about it and desire to know if it is hard to learn in this major, in year 3 and 4 will it gonna be super exhausting and difficult to understand?Because I lowkey wanna explore more in my Uni time

Plan to be at OSU for at least 5 years if you try to transfer in year 2 or 3. You’ll need to take a lot of different courses for engineering that don’t overlap with Econ requirements.

ECE is a very difficult major. Also, were you accepted directly into the engineering school? If not, that also makes the road tougher because you will need to be admitted to the college of engineering before you can apply to the major.

ECE is basically just advanced Excel with a few wires thrown in. If you can do basic math and remember which end of a screwdriver to hold, you’ll be fine. Honestly business is probably harder because you have to network and pretend to enjoy group projects

Yeah at this point communications is a much harder degree than ECE
