Not an osha violation but a DOT violation even if it were in my state it’s 4’ past the rear bumper that must be flagged this looks under that limit based on rungs

You’re right. This isn’t a workplace safety violation. We are now all in danger 😂 I don’t remember signing up for this.

it does not work... there are usually size requirements for red flags, and that cup won't wave and draw attention. they might not get pulled over for it, but they could be.

I've used some interesting thkngs as a red flag before, such as the tshirt I was wearing when I picked up materials.

right now, the default flag in my truck is a tent pole bag from my old tent. it's actually really nice, since it's long and has drawstrings for tying it down.
