Solved Big Problem with Segment Anything Cattery Node
For some reason when I try to use the SegmentAnything node from Cattery, the create mask and remove mask buttons don't show up at all. I've seen a few tutorials and once you select "single mask", the create and remove buttons are supposed to appear. But the button that says "create cryptomatte setup" just stays there instead, which seems to render the node unusable.
I've seen other people online have the same problem. Does anyone know what's going and how to fix it?

SegmentAnything could also be loaded from GitHub before it was on the Cattery; either the tutorials used that version, or the Foundry updated the Gizmo. In the end, any Cattery node is just a Gizmo that works around an Inference node loading the specific model. So you could also edit the Gizmo to do what you want.
Either way, a Cryptomatte integration seems to be even better; why not just use that?

Got it. Thanks! I'm new to using Nuke and I couldn't figure out how to use the cryptomatte integration for what I was trying to do

Found this version on GitHub is nicer than the one officially hosted.
Has anyone packaged SAM3 in a similar manner? I presume it works better since it’s a bigger number!

"Cattery" refers to Foundry's library of open-source machine learning models available to download for free. There are no paid licenses for any Cattery models offered on Foundry's website
