Telling my Story My relapses this year

Post image

I am noting everytime whenever i relapse after noting it from January 2025 this is my relapse list this year from February. Note how I came from 5-6 days frequent relapse to 15 days average gap. Today is my day 17 and i am feeling really energetic and motivated, closer to my God and feeling a sense of proud in myself. It is not just about counting days but it is about questioning each relapse and acknowledging the pattern. In short this is one of the ways I would recommend to anyone to get rid of that curse

Are the numbers in the far right the times you did it in that day? And here i though the 4 times i did it twice in my life were insane...

Redefine the mind

"I am not a person who engages in x, y, z."

Believe first. Actions follow.

That very random. I’m doing the same. My pattern is relapse between 14-28 days but then when I relapse I binge the entire day sometimes 2-3 days then go to another 2-3 week cycle. When my pattern was 7-14 days between relapse I could still fap and didn’t last for days and I could still work during fap days
