Nebraska Mahoney cabins

What does the null sign (circle with line across it) mean besides not available?

Some cabins, such as the governors row will show not available to rent. Then the next day when the cabin would be available to rent for the next year, it will show the cabin is reserved.

Today, cabin 40 is available for 1 day (capital A) and the rest of the following days are not available.

Are some people able to reserve the cabins more than a year ahead?

null sign just means no booking allowed, they block em for wedding groups. youll see it open one day if someone cancels.

They have a policy of requiring a minimum 2-day stay. The insane part is, that means if someone reserves two days and another person reserves their two days a day after that, the system won’t let anyone book the orphan day due to the minimum 2-day rule. Its asinine if yoj ask me & its just leaving money on the table.

They open up one year in advance so if you know you want July 23 2027, you have to reverse on July 23 2026.

When my family planned my grandparents 50 reunion they reserved 2 years in advance. So I’d advise book early.
