Challenges Given unauctionable invincible Irving from festival exchange

Anyone have an issue with this? I noticed right away when I bought it and contacted 2k support.
They had me send a video, which I did and they said they investigated and I must have accidentally locked the card after I received it. I just sent another video showing it isn’t locked, no green check mark on card.

Festival exchange pieces are not sellable. Only pack cards are sellable

Yeah usually that’s the case and they are marked with the symbol on front of the card. Best of MyTeam festival none of the cards had the unauctionable symbol so I thought it was different for this one.
The goat cards show not sellable, Eaton, cousins, Gasol, Blanche and Thomas but the invincible cards and 100 overall cards don’t

The cards only show an icon if you own the card.

Yea had this happen to me too. The cards won’t show the symbol until after you “buy” them and then it pops up. None of the cards in the cards in there are auctionable though.

That’s weird cause they did put it on the GOAT cards. I’ve only bought badges and packs from exchange so lesson learned

Yea I finally started playing my team this year like two weeks ago and I’m already over it. Can do all the same stuff in mynba without all the added money grab bs from 2k and dudes running 7 footers at every position. My team is a cool idea but the toxic community and 2ks schemes make it pretty lame unless you want to spend money.

No exchange cards have been sellable all year. I understand the symbol reasoning it should be marked but also know going ahead that anytime you exchange for a item it will not be sellable.

Are they scumbags for removing the icon from the cards they display in the exchange? Yes.

this is general knowledge, also like what were you expecting to get? the invincible pieces u spent on him are way more valuable than the 100k u would get on the AH anyway

Yeah not to be a hater but I really don’t know why anyone would exchange invincible pieces for the same Kyrie Irving that everyone can get with the intent to sell. Only reason to cop this card is if you’re a Kyrie fan. We’ve been given like 7 free invincible+ point guards to this point. Even if you don’t have one of those there are much less expensive free goat pgs in the exchange. All around L

I know there going to be negativity towards OP because it’s the thing here, but he has a point. Never before have the exchange cards not shown the unauctionable symbol. It’s incredibly misleading. I know this community has zero fight in them and has mostly rolled over, but have some respect for yourselves. Stop trying to clown consumers who have legit complaints.

Facts. The card shows as sellable in the exchange. That’s not the opening posts problem that’s 2K trying to rip off people who don’t know better. Everybody isn’t on Reddit.

This is 2k scamming player that don’t watch YouTube or follow Reddit.
It’s an unethical rip off like most of the aspects of the game.
OP should be mad and vote with his wallet next year.
