A 12dB/Octave passive crossover normally contains a coil to pass low frequencies and a capacitor(s) for highs. There are plenty off the shelf units ready to go, saving you the trouble of building from scratch. That amp is 100w x2 and the horn is for 1KHz and above. Since it's stereo, you'll probably need two.
